I am a compassionate psychotherapist with 7 years of experience in helping individuals overcome emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University and I specialize in substance use treatment and trauma-informed therapy. I am also trained in Motivational Interviewing and draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques, including but not limited to EFT, attachment-based methods, polyvagal theory and CBT. My approach is warm, empathic, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for clients to explore their inner experiences and find the support they need. I value a trusting, collaborative and holistic approach to therapy that is tailored to your unique needs. My expertise extends to areas including addiction issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and grief; and I employ various therapeutic interventions, including mindfulness, emotion-focused techniques, inner-child work, experiential exercises, and cognitive-behavioral methods. My goal is to empower individuals to enhance self-awareness, develop coping skills, and build resilience for meaningful life changes. Through personal experience I firmly believe in the transformative power of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy as a tool and guide to foster healing, personal growth, and overall well-being. I’m dedicated to helping my clients achieve greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and personal fulfillment through a holistic approach, which includes psychedelic medicines, to address both symptoms and underlying root causes of distress. My passion and dedication in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy lie in delivering compassionate and effective therapy, guiding individuals toward a more fulfilling and balanced life; and my work is guided by the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. When I am not providing therapy, I enjoy spending my time reading novels, connecting with family and friends and watching my daughter grow and transform right before my eyes. She is my most precious gift and brings immense joy to my life. I’m excited to support you on your path to emotional well-being, healing, and personal growth. Taking the first courageous step towards healing sets the course for a brighter future. I’m here to walk this journey with you, helping you navigate the challenges you face. When you’re ready to embark on this path to positive change, I warmly invite you to reach out to me. Your healing journey begins with that first connection.
