Vanessa Bauer
Vanessa is a compassionate and empathetic Social Worker, registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Holding degrees in Psychology and Social Work and a diploma Applied Behaviour Analysis. Vanessa has a certificate in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and continues her educational advancements in the fields of trauma-based psychotherapies.
With over 10 years of professional experience in the field of mental health and addictions, Vanessa takes an integrative, compassionate approach, working collaboratively with Individuals to create personalized treatment plans that honor their individual needs and goals. She believes in empowering clients to build resilience, set boundaries, and foster self-compassion. Her expertise lies in guiding clients to reframe their challenges, using it as a tool for growth, while also addressing perfectionism and people-pleasing tendencies. Vanessa uses a diverse range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Approaches, psychodynamic therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing , to support her clients in finding lasting relief from emotional distress..
Outside of clinical time, Vanessa promotes her own wellness through travel, reading, camping out, regular exercise and spending time with her family and friends. Timothy Eddy
Timothy holds a Masters of Music Therapy (2020) and a Bachelor’s of Music (2018) from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has also finished his Diploma in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care from Martin Luther University College, and his certificate in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through Laurier’s Social Work faculty. He is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Music Therapist Accredited. Timothy is well read in philosophy and psychology and has a firm foundation in different counselling approaches.
Timothy’s work is firstly collaborative and solution focused, prioritizing the needs and goals of his clients. His method focuses on helping his clients get what they want from therapy. To do this he draws from a variety of therapeutic models, philosophy and religion depending on the needs and values of his clients. His primary models he works with are solution-focused therapy (SFT), psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and positive psychology. He prides himself in effective brief, practical and meaningful interventions. Tim specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and spiritual/existential concerns.
Tim sings and plays guitar and writes his own music. He has a passion for different genres such as rock, folk, jazz, soul and classical. He thoroughly enjoys discussing philosophy, religion, and psychology. He often finds himself hiking, seeking quiet places to take long walks, bask in nature and to pray. Brayden Keeler
Chris Mullin
Chris is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Western University. He has pursued his interest in psychology through two degrees and engaging research on self-talk and the medicalization of counselling. His approach to counselling is primarily relational, emphasizing the importance of the connection between therapist and client as the foundation for emotional processing and growth. Chris aims to create a space where clients can express themselves authentically and discuss various aspects of their lives. Through therapeutic work, he helps untangle the complex thoughts, emotions, and sensations that may contribute to stress.
Utilizing an integrative approach to therapy, Chris draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, tailored to the specific needs and preferences of his clients. He focuses on providing therapy that is flexible and personalized, considering each client’s strengths, past experiences, and current challenges. His work is grounded in client-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive perspectives, with a strong emphasis on holding space for clients’ intersectional identities. Chris works with adults individually, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, and any other concerns clients wish to explore.
In addition to his professional interests, Chris has been following the growing research on psychedelic-assisted therapy since before his first psychology lecture. Rosalie is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York University, deeply committed to mental health. With extensive experience in public health, she has led key initiatives in sexual health, vaccine-preventable diseases, and COVID-19 outbreak management. Her career spans roles in acute care, long-term care, and primary care, palliative care where she consistently prioritizes patient-centred care and emotional support.
Rosalie is passionate about holistic healthcare, ketamine therapy, mental health awareness, and promoting equity and social justice in the healthcare system. Rosalie is particularly drawn to Field Trip Health because of its dynamic and collaborative approach to innovation in mental health care. She is inspired by Field Trip’s philosophy of delivering transformative, evidence-based psychedelic therapies and is eager to contribute to enhancing lives and advancing the mental health field in Canada.

Tanya is a Registered Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked in community, academic, and hospital settings, gaining extensive expertise in mental health assessment and treatment. With both professional expertise and personal experience in navigating trauma and mental health, Tanya brings a unique and compassionate perspective to supporting clients and their families on their healing journeys.
Tanya’s therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, inclusion, and trauma-informed care. She incorporates modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, and Polyvagal Theory. She values creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and recognize the impact of past experiences on their current lives.
Tanya is passionate about the field of epigenetics and the power of psychedelic-assisted therapy to unlock healing in a way that is deeply client-centered.
